RADBot – Terms of Service

1. Usage

RADBot is a free Discord bot that streams radio stations into voice channels. By adding RADBot to your server, you agree to these Terms of Service and Discord's Terms of Service.

2. Availability

RADBot is provided as-is. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. The bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical issues.

4. Server Limit

RADBot currently operates on a limited number of servers during its beta phase. If the server limit is reached, the bot will be unable to join new servers until capacity is increased.

5. Third Party Content

RADBot streams audio from publicly available third party radio stations. We are not responsible for the content, legality or availability of any streamed material. Stream URLs are sourced from the public Radio Browser API.

6. Intellectual Property

RADBot does not host, store or distribute any audio content. It acts solely as a relay for publicly accessible streams. Any copyright concerns should be directed to the respective radio station owners.

7. Disclaimer

RADBot is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the bot.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. The latest version is always available at this URL. Continued use of RADBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
